Payment Deadline For bank transfers, please complete payment within 3 days after your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
*After the deadline, orders may be canceled regardless of communication between our store and the customer.

■ Shipping and Delivery Fees

For in-stock items, we will ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high order volume or peak seasons, it may take 3-4 business days.

For取り寄せ商品(items ordered from suppliers) and back-ordered items, we will ship promptly after arrival and inspection.
Delivery Method Currently, we ship via Nekoposu, Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin, Takkyubin Compact, or Letter Pack Plus.

Small size (stickers, patches, etc.): Nekoposu
Small size (parts, items with some thickness): Takkyubin Compact or Letter Pack Plus
Medium to large size: Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin

Some products are shipped from Amazon's warehouse.

*As stated above, we will select the shipping method based on the size of the product, etc.

*Even if multiple orders are placed by the same customer, if the arrival timing of ordered items is the same, we may ship them together.

*If you order two or more types of products in the same order, we may ship them in several separate packages depending on whether they are stored in different warehouses or their availability.

■ About Products

Arrangement of in-stock items, reserved items, and ordered items While we manage inventory for in-stock items, there are rare cases where an item may go out of stock due to a direct order received via email or social media at the same time as an online order.

For reserved and ordered items, depending on the period, it may become extremely difficult to obtain them due to the supplier discontinuing sales, being out of stock, reservations closing, or other circumstances.

In such cases, we will contact the affected customers via email and arrange for a refund or other appropriate action. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that for ordered items from overseas, excluding airsoft parts and real steel parts for which reservations are currently being accepted, cancellations cannot be made after the order is placed.

■ Cancellations and Refunds

If an item becomes unavailable for order As stated above, for any product that becomes unavailable for order due to various circumstances, we will promptly cancel and refund the order after notifying the customer.
In the case of Airsoft Parts / Real Steel Parts
For new products, airsoft parts for which reservations are being accepted, and real steel parts that are special order items, cancellations can be accepted before shipping to the customer.

If the item has already been shipped, returns and refunds will be accepted only if the item is unopened, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
In the case of ordered items
For items ordered from overseas (holsters, other gear, etc.), excluding real steel parts, please note that cancellations are generally not possible after 24 hours from the order placement.
(After 24 hours, arrangements are being made locally, incurring arrangement fees for our store.)

Therefore, if you still wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.

■ Returns and Defective Products

Period and Conditions Many imported products tend to have lower quality compared to domestically produced ones, and quality control and standards vary among manufacturers. Therefore, some manufacturers may have lower quality, with minor scratches or scuffs from the time of arrival, while others may have higher quality.

Most products may require fitting and adjustment during installation to function properly after purchase.

Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that passed our inspection.

If there are obvious major scratches or damage, or if it falls under the conditions described below, please contact us by email within 2 days from the product's arrival. We will respond based on our judgment.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after the deadline. Furthermore, if it is difficult for us to arrange a replacement, such as for products that are no longer in circulation, we will issue a refund.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees will be borne by us only if we determine that a return or exchange is necessary.
Eligibility If the product is damaged, has an incorrect size, color, or any other defect due to our error, we will treat it as an exchange or return, and we will bear the shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.

For custom parts, items that have been assembled into an airsoft gun body or used in games cannot be accepted; the product must be unused.

For apparel, items with traces of dirt or damage that would not occur from just trying them on cannot be accepted.

■ Cases where we may refuse a transaction

In order to provide the best possible service to the majority of our customers, and as part of our efforts to reduce the burden on our staff, we sincerely apologize, but we may refuse orders from individuals who fall under the following categories.
Examples of transactions we may refuse ・Orders believed to be for reselling/hoarding.

・Orders believed to be for procurement by competitors.

・Customers who have previously returned a product to Amazon or our store by swapping it with a defective product from another manufacturer.
(Based on information we have, we consult with Amazon, the police, etc., as needed.)

・Customers who have previously engaged in aggressive behavior, abusive language, or threatening conduct in communication (e.g., email) with our staff.

・Other cases where we determine, based on past order history and communications with us, that there is a potential for future problems.
*If an order has already been placed, we may cancel and refund it at our discretion.
*If there are other ongoing orders (e.g., backorders), we may also cancel and refund them.
*In such cases, we will not disclose the reason for cancellation.
