[Information] Ordering physical parts

Please be sure to check the following regarding the real parts we handle.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

■ Current arrival time (Currently around 6 months on average)

Currently, due to social conditions in the US and the impact of the coronavirus, manufacturer supply is severely delayed, and there are significant delays in export procedures and delivery from overseas to Japan.

For the reasons stated above, please allow approximately 6 months.
(If the arrival is earlier, we will ship promptly.)

For example, if you place an order on July 1st, the item is expected to arrive around January-February.



■ About product stock

Real parts handled by our store will be ordered from the US after you place an order on the product page.

Products that are available for immediate delivery are listed with "Immediate delivery available," "In stock," etc. You can check them from "Real Parts (Immediate Delivery Available)."



■ About product arrival time

A predetermined number of days is required for export procedures in the US and import procedures in Japan.

Therefore, the arrival time is expected to be 2-3 months after the product information or online store listing.

If we arrange for a restock of a product, we will inform you of the arrival time on our store's Twitter, product page, and the "Current arrival time" display above.



■ If delivery is not possible

Our store confirms with import businesses whether each product can be imported before listing products and accepting orders.

However, despite the above, if it is determined that procurement is difficult due to changes in global conditions, strengthened import regulations, discontinuation of product production, or inability to obtain export/import permits for any reason, we will explain the situation to the customer via email and proceed with cancellation and refund.

■ Handling of real parts sold by our store

・Imported by an import business exclusively for use with toys (toy guns) and sold by our store.

・In accordance with the above, the use of these parts on any firearms other than toys (toy guns), such as real firearms or illegally modified firearms, is prohibited.

・Shipping and sales outside of Japan are prohibited.

・Our store does not sell to anti-social forces or organizations, and we will report any individuals suspected of illegal modifications, etc.
