| Deadline/Conditions | Many imported products are of lower quality compared to domestically produced ones, and since each manufacturer has different quality control and standards, some manufacturers may have lower quality or standards, with minor scratches or abrasions present from the time of arrival, while others may have higher quality. Most products may require fitting or adjustment during assembly to function properly after purchase. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that passed our inspection without issues. If there is clearly significant damage or breakage, or if the product falls under any of the conditions described below, please contact us by email within 2 days of the product's arrival. We will respond based on our assessment. Please understand that we cannot accept return or exchange requests after the deadline. Furthermore, if we cannot arrange for a replacement product, such as when the product is no longer in circulation, we will issue a refund. |

| Applicability | If the product is damaged, or if there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect size or color, we will exchange or refund the product, and we will cover the shipping costs. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences. Thank you for your understanding. For custom parts, we cannot accept items that have been assembled into an airsoft gun or used in a game; the product must be unused. For apparel, we cannot accept returns if there are signs of dirt or damage that would not occur from simply trying on the item. |
