■ About Products
| Arrangement of In-stock, Pre-order, and Backorder Items | While we manage inventory for in-stock items, there may be rare instances where items become out of stock due to direct orders conflicting with inquiries via email or SNS. For pre-order and backorder items, depending on the period, it may become extremely difficult to obtain them due to the supplier's discontinuation, out-of-stock status, end of pre-order period, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will contact the affected customers via email and process refunds or other necessary actions. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that, with the exception of airsoft parts available for pre-order, overseas backordered items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. |

■ About Cancellations and Refunds
| If Backorder Becomes Impossible | As mentioned above, for any product that becomes impossible to backorder due to various circumstances, we will promptly cancel and refund after notifying the customer. |

| For Airsoft Parts / Real Steel Parts |
For new products, airsoft parts available for pre-order, and real steel parts ordered as backorders, cancellations can be accepted until they are shipped to the customer. After shipment, returns and refunds will be accepted only if the item is unopened, with the shipping cost borne by the customer. |

Please note that for backordered items from overseas (holsters, other gear, etc.), excluding real steel parts, cancellations are generally not possible after 24 hours from the order. (After 24 hours, arrangements are already underway locally, incurring arrangement fees for our store.) Therefore, if you still wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund. |
■ About Returns and Defective Products
| Terms and Conditions | Overseas-made products often have lower quality compared to domestically produced ones, and quality control and standards vary by manufacturer. Thus, some manufacturers may have lower quality with minor scratches or abrasions from the time of arrival, while others may have higher quality. Most products may require fitting or adjustment during assembly to function normally after purchase. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that passed our inspection. If there are clearly major scratches or damage, or if it falls under the conditions described below, please contact us via email within 2 days from the product arrival date. We will respond based on our judgment. Please note that requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the deadline. Also, if the product is no longer in circulation or it is difficult for us to arrange a replacement, we will issue a refund. |

| Applicability | If a product is damaged, incorrect in size, or wrong in color due to our oversight, it will be treated as an exchange or return, and we will bear the shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. For custom parts, items that have been assembled into an airsoft gun or used in a game cannot be accepted; the product itself must be unused. For apparel, items that show signs of dirt or damage that would not occur from simply trying them on cannot be accepted. |
■ Cases Where We May Refuse Transactions
