This is the BLACK BOX CUSTOMS NCP2 (NEGATIVE CANT PLATE VERSION 2) and the optional ACCESSORY MOUNT.
It allows you to adjust the holster's mounting angle by 25° (-10° to 15°), so you can adjust it as needed to suit your drawing preference.
By combining it with the separate ACCESSORY MOUNT, you can attach tourniquets, pistol magazine carriers, and other accessories to the side of the holster.
The ACCESSORY MOUNT can be used to attach tourniquets and other items using Bladetech hole patterns, Safariland ELS, Magpul M-LOK, or MOLLE mounting methods.
